Paul Fruin

Paul Fruin is an Analyst with the Quantamental Research group at S&P Global Market Intelligence. The group specializes in uncovering new anomalies and differentiated stock selection strategies that investors can exploit to outperform the market. Mr. Fruin has been with S&P Global Market Intelligence (formerly S&P Capital IQ) and Compustat since 2008. He is a member of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance and charter holder of CFA Institute, where he is a mentor and past winner of the CFA Institute Global Research Challenge. Mr. Fruin received an MBA with a concentration in finance from Babson College. He began his career as an engineer, with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.
